Payment options

At candlestore.be you pay safely, quickly and reliably via the secured payment system of Mollie . We accept the following payment methods:
Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC, iDEAL and Klarna.

All transactions are processed via a secure SSL connection.

In our showroom you can pay with Bancontact , Payconiq or cash .

The prices stated on the website are in euros , including VAT and excluding shipping costs , unless stated otherwise.


Delivery

candlestore.be strives to ship your order within 2 working days after receipt of payment via Bpost .
Upon shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation by email , including a track & trace code .

Postage costs:

  • Belgium
    • Free shipping from €75.00
    • Standard home delivery: €7.50
  • The Netherlands
    • Home delivery: €15.95
  • France
    • Home delivery: €15.95

Please note: delays at Bpost are beyond our control. We are therefore not liable for them.

If you are not home upon delivery, Bpost will leave an absence message. You can pick up the package at the designated pick-up point within the specified period.

If the package is not picked up in time and returned to us, we will resend it at your request. The additional costs for this are:

  • New shipping costs
  • Payment costs
  • Administrative fee of €3.50

Always make sure that your address details are filled in correctly and completely . For returns due to incorrect address details, the shipping costs, payment costs and administrative costs (€3.50) will be charged again.


Pick up of orders

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from us. Collection is only possible by appointment .
Visits to our showroom are also by appointment only .

Packing service

We care about the environment and try to package our products with recycled materials as much as possible.


Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us by phone (from 10am to 6pm ) or by email ( info@candlestore.be ) so that we can find a solution together.
Always mention your order number .

Is an item damaged upon delivery? Please report this immediately upon receipt by email, together with a photo of the damaged item . The amount of the damaged item will be refunded.


Return Policy

Are you not satisfied with an article? In accordance with the Belgian law on consumer protection, you have the right to return a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return conditions:

  • Please register your return in advance via info@candlestore.be
  • Use the return form
  • Send the item in its original packaging , undamaged and with sufficient postage to:
    Candlestore.be, Moortelveld 31, 9473 Welle

Return shipping costs are for the customer.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Important:

  • Scented candles must not be lit
  • Gift sets must not be opened
  • Accessories must not have been used
  • Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned

If all conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days after approval.


General terms and conditions

You can only place an order if you agree to our general terms and conditions. These are displayed and accepted during the ordering process. Read them on our website.


Promotions & discounts

Promotions such as "fragrance of the month" and other discount promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
