Are you not satisfied with your purchase? As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason .
How do you return a product?

Make sure the item:
- In original condition and packaging
- Is unused
- Will be sent with sufficient postage
Return costs are at the customer's expense , unless the product was defective or delivered incorrectly.
Important conditions
To process your return correctly, the following conditions apply:
- Scented candles must not be lit
- Gift sets must not be opened
- Accessories must not have been used
- Discounted items and gift cards are excluded from returns
- We cannot credit returns that are damaged or insufficiently packaged .
We are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
Refund
After receiving and approving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 10 calendar days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
